staying here was great because i could easily stroll to the nearby playa pogeres for some sun and a refreshing dip. The short drive to carara national park made enjoying nature a breeze.

However, I faced a bit of a hassle tracking down the cleaning staff when I needed essentials like toilet paper. Limited cookware in the kitchen made meal prep challenging, which I didn't expect. A vehicle is necessary as the location is high up the hill. Overall, the view and tranquility made up for some minor inconveniences.

stayed for one night at akua suites ocean view, and it was incredible! with a gorgeous property, amazing sunset views, and beautiful wildlife, it truly exceeded my expectations. the private pool was perfect for relaxation and i loved the superb meal at vista mar nearby.
